I grew up on Treasure Cay exploring the trails and lanes by bike, and believe that every property on the crescent-shaped isle is unusually beautiful and special. My passion began as a girl when I used to pore over Country Life magazines and was later stoked while I managed and marketed family properties on Airbnb. I became a licensed Salesman in 2018 and recently became a Broker in 2023. Although my niche is still Treasure Cay, I have successfully completed sales in Marsh Harbour, Elbow Cay, Green Turtle Cay and Leisure Lee as well as Nassau.

My philosophy is 'community first' and professionally I am known for my quick response times and consistent communication. My favourite aspects of real estate include: introducing new clients and customers to the Abacos; exploring and getting to know new properties/listings; and staying current with the market by studying comparables via the MLS. My academic background in Caribbean History and Law together with my many years of writing and teaching experience, have given me the skills necessary to excel in real estate.

My husband (Carl Carter) and I split our time between Treasure Cay and Nassau. Our son Ethan attends school in Nassau while my older two sons, Callum and Elias, attend university and school in the US. In our spare time we enjoy cruising the waters of the Abacos, and exploring other countries like Panama and France. My hobbies are yoga, cycling, kayaking, reading kabbalah and writing fiction.

I have travelled the world extensively, but still maintain that the Abacos is one of the most peaceful and pristine places on earth.
