For several generations, the Morley name has been synonymous with real estate in The Bahamas, not only as investors but as real estate brokers and property managers. Many people joke that “real estate blood must run through my veins”, but that naturally happens when you develop a passion for the beauty of The Bahamas, its people and a strong want to share it with others for their benefit and enjoyment.

I have practiced real estate in The Bahamas for over 30 years and developed our company around a culture that nurtures longstanding relationships and goes the extra mile for new clients and customers.

After graduating college in the United States, I pursued my interest in commercial real estate and earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and remain the only CCIM in The Bahamas. I am also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). The combination of these two qualifications allows me to provide financial analysis and advice on modern investment strategies to help clients and customers make sound real estate investment decisions. I have sold commercial properties up to $24 million and negotiated significant leases for multi-national banks, private banks and trust companies.

As a past President of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and having served on the Board of Directors for 10 years, I continue to serve on several key committees and currently chair the Compliance Committee.
