Born and raised in Nassau, Peter joins his sister Laura as the only fourth-generation real estate agents in The Bahamas and both working at Morley. For as long as he can remember, Peter has been surrounded by real estate, whether sitting in his father's office during school breaks or listening in on any weekend work at home. Needless to say, real estate is certainly in his blood. Peter recently graduated from Denison University and majored in Data Analytics with a concentration in Economics - being one of Denison’s newest cutting-edge academic programs. Peter can thoughtfully acquire, carefully analyze, and wisely interpret one of the most abundant resources in the world, data. Not only is he able to answer questions, but he can back those answers up with physical numbers, providing clarity in situations where others usually can only offer speculation.

Shortly after graduating, Peter earned his real estate license and joined the Morley Commercial team in 2023. Peter enjoys implementing his problem-solving and analytical skills at Morley and offers all agents, clients and customers clarity on the Bahamas real estate market, to build and further maintain the trust that our customers and clients have in Morley.
